# Prop Trading 101

Funded trading is simple. You trade on a demo account, prove your skill by passing trading challenges, and then get access to real capital. 

Once you’re funded, you keep 80% of your profits while trading with someone else’s money, not your own. It’s how skilled traders scale without risking their savings.

Pick your target account size, pay a small one-time entrance fee, and start the challenge.

### <mark style="color:$warning;">**Pass the challenge**</mark>

To pass the challenge, you must complete two phases by reaching the required profit targets:

> * **Phase 1:** 10% profit target
> * **Phase 2:** 5% profit target

> without exceeding the **5% daily loss** or the &#x39;**% maximum drawdown**

After completing all challenge phases, you become a funded trader.\
You trade with funded capital and keep 80% of the profits you generate. Withdrawals are executed directly, transparently, and on-chain.
