# Security

<details>

<summary>What happens if suspicious activity is detected?</summary>

HyperPNL Protocol automatically enforces its rules and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when suspicious or prohibited activity is detected.

These actions are performed by the protocol itself rather than manually by the HyperPNL team.

The HyperPNL team cannot manually ban accounts, but may review cases and restore access where appropriate if a restriction was applied in error or the issue has been resolved.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can my account be suspended?</summary>

Yes.

Accounts may be suspended if the platform detects:

* Account sharing
* Fraud
* Identity manipulation
* Multi-account abuse
* Sanctions violations
* Attempts to bypass platform rules
* Other prohibited activities described in the Terms of Service

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is KYC required?</summary>

No.

HyperPNL does not currently require standard KYC verification.

However, HyperPNL may introduce identity verification requirements, compliance checks, or onchain KYC solutions in the future as the platform evolves.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How does HyperPNL prevent fraud?</summary>

HyperPNL uses a combination of automated monitoring systems, behavioral analysis, identity verification tools, and rule-based controls designed to identify suspicious or abusive activity.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I use a VPN?</summary>

Using a VPN solely for privacy purposes is not prohibited.

However, VPNs, proxies, or other technologies may not be used to conceal your location, bypass restricted jurisdictions, evade compliance requirements, or circumvent platform rules.

Attempts to do so may result in account restrictions or termination.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Are there restricted countries?</summary>

Yes.

HyperPNL is not available in certain jurisdictions due to sanctions programs, regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, and internal risk policies.

The list of restricted jurisdictions may change over time.

Please refer to the Terms of Service for the most up-to-date list.
